I've undergone two major lifestyle changes health wise and somehow I got off track both times. As a college junior, I'm ready to truly see what my body can do, and I want to stick to it this time.
I've come a long way, but there are still plenty of miles left to run on this road.

CW: 158 lbs
UGW: 120 lbs by March 2016
